Carly started her aesthetic training in 2004 in a prestigious clinic in Oxford Circus, London. Carly undertook an intensive training programme to specialise in laser treatments and became a Nurse specialist in laser and completed further training in the safe use of Medical Lasers with the radiological protection service. She developed a special interest in helping women with poly cystic ovaries & helping to manage their excessive hair growth on the face and body.

Carly went on to set up and run a successful clinic in Surrey that was equipped with 8 treatment rooms including a detox suite. Carly was the clinical lead and trainer for a large team of practitioners.

In 2007, Carly trained with a prestigious Aesthetic company in dermal fillers. She trained under arguably one of the best nurse trainers in the UK. She learnt her aesthetic skills and continued to build on her knowledge and techniques with advanced training in dermal fillers for full face treatments including cheek, lip, chin, tear trough & jawline enhancement. Carly feels her excellent foundation training led her to become a competent practitioner and she continues to build on this with regular updates and training.

Carly trained in Harley Street for her anti-wrinkle treatments foundation and advanced. She then chose to work alongside DR Khan at Harley Street Skin. He was an extremely professional and knowledgeable mentor for Carly when she undertook her Nurse Prescribing course in 2015. She added to her skill set during her time with Dr Khan in his luxurious Harley Street clinic. Dr Khan was generous with his time and was happy to pass on his knowledge and skills.

Carly has had the privilege of training in Monte Carlo, Nice and Paris. She attended an anti-Ageing symposium in Monte Carlo, a cadaver anatomy and physiology course in Nice that completely transformed her injecting abilities and skills. Being one of a select few to attend the Q-Med Paris academy led to further enhancing her skills.

Carly is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses and this enables her access to a range of training opportunities and interactions with Aesthetic colleagues for support and learning. Carly was a leader of the Surrey BACN group and organised basic life support, anaphylaxis training and a range of training sessions in dermal filler techniques. She stood down from the role when she relocated and left the region.
